Funded by the Italian Directorate General for Cinema and Audio-visual of the Italian Ministry of Culture (MiC), the CInEMA project was created by the Central Institute for Intangible Heritage (ICPI) together with the ‘Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche’ and BIA srl. The initiative includes workshops in schools throughout Italy, which will end in the spring of 2024. The objective of this project is to promote knowledge and rediscovery of the history and culture of the local territories through an innovative use of images.

BIA is supporting the project with communication activities and coordinating dissemination activities in the area. The following associations will take part in the project: Cinevan – Immagini in Movimento (Milan), I Ragazzi del Cinema America – Fondazione Piccolo America (Rome), Associazione Giochi Antichi (AGA), Maccarese SpA and Cooperativa Terradamare.
